These steers have never tasted grain, they are moved daily on fresh pasture and on the winter they have all they can eat hay. This translates directly to the quality of the beef, and we hope you will notice immediately.
We are expecting approximately 400-500 lbs of meat per head. This will be premium cuts, vacuum wrapped and frozen, delivered to you.
